Cody is a fifth-generation Grangeville native with deep roots in Idaho County. He grew up here, and he and B chose to raise their four kids here, build their businesses here, and invest their time in the community. Today, Cody also serves on the Grangeville City Council.
Cody is a true jack of all trades—and the kind who does things well. Before real estate, he owned and operated a successful construction company and later worked in corporate sales for NAPA. He has an entrepreneurial mind, isn't afraid of a calculated risk, and puts in the time to research the numbers and understand the upside and downside before making a decision.
His construction background gives him an eye for things most people simply don't notice. Cody sees the small stuff. He looks beyond finishes to how a property was built, how it functions, what could become a problem, and where there may be opportunity. That attention to detail has helped clients spot issues that could have cost them tens of thousands of dollars in future repairs.
Cody has high standards and doesn't do things halfway. He's practical, hardworking, straightforward, and willing to tell clients what he really thinks—even when it isn't necessarily what they want to hear.
Outside of real estate, Cody is happiest exploring. He loves hunting, fishing, rafting, dirt biking, traveling, and discovering new places. He's also fascinated by astronomy and history and is the kind of person who genuinely enjoys learning how things work and why things are the way they are.
For Cody, real estate isn't about being a salesperson. It's about knowing the property, doing the research, noticing the details, understanding risk and opportunity, and doing the job right.
